Commercial terms

How a Ceus Solutions project is quoted, paid for, accepted and handed over. Where your written quote says something different, the quote applies.

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that names the deliverables, quantities, timing and the total in Singapore dollars. Prices shown as "from" are starting prices. Fixed prices, such as the Singapore launch packages, maintenance plans and fixed add-ons, cover the stated scope or monthly allowance.

Ceus is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Third-party fees, such as hosting, domains, app subscriptions, AI usage, messaging and payment-provider fees, are charged separately, and we list the ones we know about before you pay.

Payment

Smaller fixed scopes are paid 30% to start and 70% after the agreed acceptance checks. Larger systems, such as custom systems, portals, ERP and app builds, are paid per agreed milestone, and so are data migrations. Monthly plans are billed each month for the hours listed.

Invoices are in SGD and due within 7 days, and final handover follows full payment. Clients in Indonesia can ask for the DGT form and our IRAS certificate of residence before paying, to support a tax treaty claim where it applies; your finance team confirms the withholding treatment.

Revisions and changes

Fixed scopes include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed brief. New features, a new design direction or extra quantities are quoted as a change before we start them.

Acceptance

The quote lists the acceptance checks: what we test together and what counts as done. A delivery is accepted when those checks pass, or if no defects in the agreed work are reported within 10 working days of delivery.

Defects after handover

On every service, we correct defects in the agreed work for 30 days after handover. New content, new features and ongoing maintenance are charged separately.

Ownership and handover

On full payment, the code and design files we create for you become yours, and we hand over the accounts we set up in your name. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and services stay under their own licences, and we tell you which ones a project uses.

Personal data

Where Ceus processes personal data on your behalf, for example in a chatbot or system we run for you, we act as your data intermediary under Singapore's PDPA. We protect it, keep it only as long as agreed or as the law requires, and tell you without undue delay if we have reason to believe a data breach has occurred. Your business keeps its own PDPA duties.

Cancelling or stopping

If you cancel a project, you pay for the work done up to that point. Monthly plans stop with 30 days' written notice; when a plan ends, we hand back any access we hold and remove our own logins.
