Real estate website design in Singapore
Listing websites and listing tools for property agents, with CEA details on every listing and owner consent and expiry dates recorded.
A typical workflow
- Agent adds listing with owner consent
- Listing published with CEA details
- Buyer requests a viewing for that unit
- Listing removed when sold or expired
What this sector needs
Online property advertisements must show the salesperson's name as registered with CEA, their CEA registration number and registered contact number, and the agency's name and licence number. Listing templates fill these in from each agent's profile, so a listing can't go live without them.

Source: CEA: PG 02-11, Practice Guidelines on Ethical AdvertisingPhotos must be of the actual unit and must not be altered in a way that misrepresents it; illustrative photos need a label. The price shown must be the one the owner instructed. The listing form records which agent checked these and when.

Each listing stores the agreement end date and a review date, and sold, rented or withdrawn units leave the public site.

Which existing tools can it connect to?
- WhatsApp Business for viewing requests
- A CRM or Google Sheets for buyer and tenant leads
- Google Calendar for viewing slots
- Agent and admin sign-in for listing updates
What needs a separate scope?
A listing admin with consent and expiry tracking, lead routing across several agents, or a tenant portal for repair requests needs more design and review.
Will a listing tool make our advertisements comply with CEA rules?
Not by itself. It can make the required fields mandatory and remind agents about consent and expiry dates, but the agency and its salespersons remain responsible for what they advertise.
Can our listings sync with property portals?
Only where a portal offers a feed or API that its terms allow for your account. We check that before quoting. Otherwise listings are entered once in your own admin and published to your site.
Can each agent in our team have their own page?
Yes. Each profile holds the agent's registered name, CEA registration number and contact number, and lists that agent's current listings.
