Clinic website design in Singapore
Clinic websites and appointment requests that ask patients only for what the front desk needs and work alongside the clinic system.
A typical workflow
- Patient chooses a service and doctor
- Request checked against clinic hours
- Front desk confirms in clinic system
- Reminder sent with preparation notes
What this sector needs
MOH says advertisements by licensed healthcare providers must not show before-and-after or after-only treatment photos or videos, even with a disclaimer. We leave them off the pages and ads we build, and the clinic still reviews its own content.

NRIC numbers, symptoms in detail and medical history stay off website forms unless the clinic has decided how that data is protected, kept and deleted.

A chatbot or WhatsApp assistant answers only from text a doctor has approved, such as services offered, fees the clinic publishes and preparation instructions. Questions about symptoms, results or treatment go to a staff member.
The clinic management system stays the patient record. The website sends requests to it through whatever connection the vendor offers; where there is none, requests go to the front desk to enter by hand.
Which existing tools can it connect to?
- Your clinic management system, through its API or exports
- WhatsApp Business for appointment questions and reminders
- Google Business Profile hours for each branch
- Front-desk sign-in to review requests
What needs a separate scope?
Live booking into the clinic system's slots, an assistant that answers patient questions, several branches with different doctors, or anything that stores medical history needs more design and review.
Will the website make our clinic compliant with MOH advertising rules?
No website can do that by itself. We leave out content MOH prohibits, such as before-and-after images, but the clinic reviews every page and remains responsible for what it publishes.
Can patients book straight into our clinic system?
Only if the system accepts outside bookings through an API or its own booking module. We check that with your vendor before quoting. Otherwise the website collects requests and your front desk confirms them.
Can a chatbot answer patients' medical questions?
We don't build it to. It answers practical questions from doctor-approved text and passes anything about symptoms, test results or treatment to a member of staff.
