Beauty salon website design in Singapore
Booking websites for salons and spas that match each treatment to a trained therapist, a free room and the right length of time.
A typical workflow
- Client picks a treatment and therapist
- Deposit paid under stated cancellation terms
- Reminder sent the day before
- Visit completed and package balance updated
What this sector needs
Each treatment needs a duration, the therapists trained to do it, the room or bed it uses and any clean-up time after it. Booking then offers only slots where all of them are free, including couples' treatments that need two therapists at once.
If you take deposits, the booking page states the amount, the cancellation cut-off and what happens on a no-show before the client pays. The deposit is recorded against that booking, so staff know whether to refund, forfeit or apply it.
Prepaid packages need a balance per client: sessions bought, used and left, the expiry date and the treatments covered. A session is deducted only when the visit is marked complete, and staff can show the history if a client disputes it.
Prices shown to consumers should include unavoidable charges, such as taxes and service fees, in the headline price, and any discount should be genuine with its time limit stated. The CCS price transparency guidelines also warn against charges that appear only late in checkout.

If a licensed medical clinic performs a treatment, MOH does not allow before-and-after or after-only images in its advertising.

Whether your services need one is a check your business makes with the police. The website doesn't settle it, and we don't advise on it.

Which existing tools can it connect to?
- Existing salon software, where it offers an API
- Stripe or HitPay for deposits
- WhatsApp reminders and rebooking links
- Booking link on Google Business Profile and Instagram
What needs a separate scope?
Packages shared across several outlets, therapist commission, retail product sales at the counter or two-way sync with existing salon software are scoped and quoted separately.
Can clients still book through WhatsApp?
Yes. Staff can reply with the booking link or enter the appointment themselves, so every booking ends up in one calendar with the same therapist and room checks.
We already use salon booking software. Do we need a new system?
Often not. If your software handles therapists, rooms and packages properly, we build the website around its booking widget or API. A custom booking system makes sense only when its rules don't match how your salon works.
Can the site charge a fee when a client doesn't turn up?
It can keep a deposit, or charge a saved card, under terms the client accepted when booking. You decide the amounts and exceptions; the system applies them and records what happened.
