Useful when the operation needs more than another tool.
- Customers message back and forth to secure a slot.
- A request is mistaken for a confirmed reservation.
- Staff re-enter booking details after replying to the customer.
What changes
- Requested and confirmed bookings clearly separated
- Customer details attached to the reservation
- Changes reflected in staff and customer updates
The practical details.
What’s included, what it connects to and how it works.
How this foundation works.
- Select a service and valid time
- Provide the required details
- Confirm the reservation under the agreed rules
- Send the reference and next instructions
How far can we take it?
A starting point
One booking type with availability, customer details, confirmation state and a staff view for changes or cancellations.
Additional work to consider
Deposits, group bookings, waitlists and several linked resources require additional reservation rules.
What can it connect to?
- Availability and capacity records
- Customer booking form
- Staff reservation view
- Confirmation messages
We’ll check what your existing tools let us access before including a connection in the plan.
Can staff approve bookings before confirming them?
Yes. The customer should receive an acknowledgement labelled as a request, then a separate confirmation after staff approve the slot.
Can customers reschedule?
That can be included with a clear cut-off and availability check. A reschedule must release the old reservation and confirm the new one without leaving both active.
